Sangia Nibandera Law Research is committed to upholding academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published works. The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism in any form and implements a rigorous screening process to detect and prevent unethical publication practices. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using reliable similarity detection software at the initial stage of the editorial process. This screening aims to identify overlapping content and ensure that all submissions meet the journal’s standards of originality.
1. Similarity Threshold
Manuscripts submitted to Sangia Nibandera Law Research must have a similarity index of no more than 20%, excluding:

properly cited quotations

references and bibliography

commonly used methodological phrases
Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be:

returned to the authors for revision, or

rejected outright, depending on the extent and nature of the similarity detected
2. Forms of Plagiarism
The journal considers the following practices as plagiarism:

4. Actions for Detected Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected, the journal will take appropriate actions based on the severity:

5. Author Responsibility
Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their work. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
