Editorial Policy
The journal publishes original, high-quality scholarly works in the field of legal studies. All submissions must align with the journal’s focus and scope and demonstrate academic rigor, originality, and relevance. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial and objective evaluation. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, without discrimination based on authors’ personal or institutional backgrounds.
Types of Publication
Sangia Nibandera Law Research publishes a variety of scholarly contributions, including:

Each submission follows a structured process:

Publication Frequency and Timeline
The journal is published biannually, in June and December. To ensure timely publication, the submission deadlines are as follows:
- June Issue: manuscripts must be submitted no later than February
- December Issue: manuscripts must be submitted no later than August
Submissions received after the deadline may be considered for the subsequent issue.
No Fast-Track Publication Policy
Sangia Nibandera Law Research does not provide fast-track or expedited publication services under any circumstances. All manuscripts are processed through the same standard editorial and peer review procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and quality. The journal does not accept any form of payment or special request to accelerate the review or publication process.
Open Access Policy
The journal provides open access to all published content, allowing readers to freely access, read, download, and share articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers. This policy supports the global dissemination of knowledge and promotes wider academic engagement.
Copyright Policy
Authors retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing in the journal, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article as part of its official publication.
