Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish in Sangia Nibandera Law Research retain full copyright of their articles. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership as a condition of publication. By submitting and publishing in the journal, authors grant Sangia Nibandera Law Research a non-exclusive license to:

  • publish the article as the original publisher
  • distribute and disseminate the article in print and electronic formats
  • archive the article in the journal’s digital repository and indexing systems

This arrangement ensures that authors maintain ownership while allowing the journal to legally publish and disseminate the work.

Author Rights

Authors retain extensive rights over their published work, including the right to:

  • reuse their article in future works (e.g., books, compilations, or lectures)
