The journal focuses on interdisciplinary and comparative legal studies, emphasizing the interaction between law, culture, governance, and social justice. Its scope encompasses, but is not limited to, constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, environmental law, international law, and legal theory. Sangia Nibandera Law Research is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly work in the field of law and related disciplines, with the aim of contributing to both national and international academic discourse. The journal welcomes manuscript submissions from a broad range of contributors, including students, lecturers, researchers, and legal practitioners. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, without a fixed deadline, except in cases involving specific themed topics. In addition, Sangia Nibandera Law Research invites collaboration for the publication of seminar and conference proceedings, either in special or regular issues.
